Wata ƙwararriyar masaniyar abinci mai gina jiki, Ms Uju Onuorah, ta ce shan shayi a kai a kai na iya taimakawa wajen rage barazanar kamuwa da wasu cututtuka, Pulse.ng ta ruwaito.

Da yake magana da Kamfanin Dillancin Labarai na Najeriya NAN a ranar Asabar a Abuja, Onuorah ya ce bincike ya nuna cewa shayi yana dauke da sinadarai, wadanda ake kira polyphenols irin su Catechin da ke iya yaƙar cututtuka masu tsanani.

Onuorah, wanda ya yi jawabi a bikin tunawa da ranar shayi ta duniya ta 2022, ya shaida wa NAN cewa, sinadarin ‘antioxidants’ da aka gano yana taimakawa wajen rigakafi da rage hadarin kamuwa da cutar Siga ta biyu, hawan jini da wasu nau’ukan ciwon daji.

Antioxidants kuma suna rage haɗarin cututtukan zuciya tare da mai da hankali musamman kan taimakawa rage matakin cholesterol na jini.

Masanin ilimin abinci mai gina jiki ya ce, duk da haka, a kimiyance, ba a sami shayi na warkar da cututtuka ba.

Ta ƙara da cewa har yanzu ana ci gaba da gudanar da bincike don tabbatar da cewa yawan shan shayin zai taimaka wajen rage kamuwa da cututtuka.

Ta ce ” dandanon din shayi guda uku da aka fi amfani da su sune baƙin shayi, koren shayi da kuma oolong shayi a Amurka, Asiya da Kudancin China, bi da bi.

Onuorah ya kuma shaida wa NAN cewa bai dace a riƙa shan shayi da safe ba.

“Ganyen shayi yana da cidic a cikin yanayi kuma sanya su a cikin komai a ciki na iya rushe ma’aunin acid-abin da zai haifar da acidity ko rashin narkewar abinci.

Za’a iya sha da safe, amma ku tabbata cikinku bai cika ba kuma shayi ba shine farkon abin da kuke sha ba.

Mafi kyawun lokacin shan shayi shine awa ɗaya zuwa biyu, zai fi dacewa awanni uku bayan an ci abinci.

“Bugu da ƙari, ka guji shan shayi kafin ka kwanta saboda yana iya kawo cikas ga yanayin barcinka kuma yana iya katse barci sau da yawa a cikin dare,” in ji ta.

Ta yi gargadin cewa babban illar shan shayi mai yawa shine yawan sinadarin kafeyin, inda ta ƙara da cewa yawan sinadarin kafeyin a jiki na iya haifar da tashin zuciya, tashin hankali, ƙwannafi, rashin natsuwa da kuma ciwon ciki.

“Bugu da ƙari, wasu mutane kuma na iya fuskantar rashin kwanciyar hankali da sauran matsalolin ciki. Hakanan shayi na iya yin hulɗa tare da wasu magunguna.

“Shayi tushen arziki ne na nau’in sinadarai da ake kira tannins; Tannins na iya ɗaure sinadarin iron a cikin wasu abinci, ta yadda ba za a iya samun shi don sha a cikin sashin narkewar abinci ba, ” in ji ta.

A cewarta, shan kofi biyu ko uku a rana a lokuta daban-daban na ƙara lafiya.

“Wadanda ke fama da ciwon kai, tashin hankali ko tashin hankali bayan shan shayi, ko dai su tsaya ko su tuntubi likita ko masanin abinci mai gina jiki,” in ji ta.

A cewar Majalisar Ɗinkin Duniya, shayi shine abin sha da aka fi sha a duniya bayan ruwa.

NAN ta ba da rahoton cewa ranar shayi ta duniya rana ce ta Majalisar Ɗinkin Duniya don haɓakawa da haɓaka ayyuka don aiwatar da ayyukan da za su taimaka wajen samar da shan shayi mai dorewa.

Ranar 21 ga watan Mayu ne ake bikin kowace shekara domin wayar da kan jama’a kan muhimmancin shayi wajen yaƙar yunwa da fatara.

Dokta Rasheed Odunola, Daraktan Ma’aikatar Lafiya, Asibitin Koyarwa na Jami’ar Ilorin (UITH), ya shawarci masu fama da cutar tarin fuka da su guji yin barci a ɗaki ɗaya da sauran su, Dailypost ta ruwaito.

Odunola ya faɗawa manema labarai ranar Juma’a cewa hakan zai rage yiwuwar kamuwa da iyalai, ‘yan uwa, abokai ko abokan aiki.

Masanin ya jaddada mahimmancin samun iska da ɗakunan marasa lafiya da kuma amfani da ƙyalle don rufe baki a lokacin atishawa ko tari.

“Akwai buƙatar su sanya abin rufe fuska yayin da suke tare da sauran mutane, musamman a cikin makonni uku na farko na jiyya,” in ji shi.

Odunola ya bayyana cewa ganewar asali da magani da wuri sune hanya mafi karfi don daƙile yaɗuwar cutar tarin fuka.

Masanin ya ce mutum na iya kamuwa da cutar bayan ya shaka cutar tarin fuka ta Mycobacterium yawanci tana yaɗuwa ta iska.

“Yana yaduwa ne lokacin da mai tarin fuka yana magana, atishawa, tari, dariya ko tofa.” in ji shi.
